Bianco Sardo Granite
Bianco Sardo Granite is quarried in Gallura, Sardinia1, Italy. It is coarse grained and light grey in colour. Across the surface of this stone there grey/white speckle effect with black dots. These black dots are caused by the presence of black biotite2 in the granite. There is little variation between different slabs of this granite, so most of the time there is no need to view the stone you are purchasing. However, for large flooring or cladding projects it is advisable to view the material you are purchasing as over large areas subtle changes in blocks can lead to distinct differences when the project is viewed as a whole.
