Returns Policy
Depending on the return policy of the item you purchased we may be able to offer a return. As many items on Prestige Edition are handmade to order returns are not always offered. Please make sure you read the returns policy for an item before you make a purchase, so you can see if returns are accepted and whether the cost of shipping and handling is covered.
If returns are accepted for the item, please contact us to initiate your return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns will not be accommodated outside of this time frame. Please note, if an item arrives damaged or not as described, there may be additional resolutions to your issues as stated in our buyer protection policy. One example of this would be the restoration of a damage area on the item in question.
Once you have contacted us we will arrange shipping with you. Once the item is received and is confirmed to be in the same condition as when it was sold, your refund will be processed. It typically takes 7 to 14 days for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund and credit your account. Please note, any initial shipping costs will not be included in your refund.

Your Item was Damaged in Transit.
Your Item Never Arrived.
And You Reported The Issue within 7 Calendar Days of Delivery.

You Changed your Mind.
Your Item Was Made To Order.
You Elected to arrange your own shipping or retrieve the item in-person.
You Reported An Issue More Than 7 Calendar Days After Delivery.
